TotalSim got more coverage associated with Ohio Supercomputer Center's launch of the new Oakley Cluster. This time the coverage was on the local TV news station NBC4.

TotalSim's President Ray Leto was interviewed about how Ohio supercomputer Center impacts our business and how it could impact other small businesses in Ohio and around the region.

We see OSC as a great partner in our business... We rely on their computer resource to complete our peak project loads. This allows us to have the amount of in-house compute systems we need for our day-to-day 'mean' usage while still having the ability to complete larger or time critical projects by pushing that peak load to OSC.

As part of the recent announcements about the O-Tech's expansion of the OARnet fiber network in Ohio and Ohio Supercomputer Center's (OSC) new Oakley Cluster, they've made a promo video that uses some movies from TotalSim's CFD runs of a Sprint Car...

Besides the fact that it's really exciting some of our work is featured(!), the true excitement is how Ohio is building-out and supporting the network and High Performance Computing resource.
